I specialise in supporting women through the messy, misunderstood phase of perimenopause and post-menopause, especially when digestion, energy, sleep, and clarity feel like they’ve slipped out of rhythm.

Is this a strict diet or detox?

Not at all. Ayurveda is about supporting your body, not punishing it. You won’t be asked to cut out major food groups or follow extreme plans. Instead, you’ll learn how to eat and live in a way that actually supports your digestion and energy.

Do I need to know anything about Ayurveda before I join?

No experience needed. I simplify the principles of Ayurveda into practical steps you can actually use in daily life. This program is about clarity, not complexity.

I’m not sure I’m ready to commit to 90 days. What if I want to start smaller?

Absolutely! I understand that 90 days can feel like a big step, especially if you’re new to this work or feeling uncertain about what your body needs right now. That’s why I also offer a focused 30-day program, designed to give you clarity, foundational support, and a strong start.

Most women who join me have. That’s exactly why this program exists, to move away from the overwhelm and start supporting your body in a way that makes sense for this stage of life. This isn’t about adding more rules. It’s about coming back to what works for you.

Will I need to buy any herbs or supplements?

I may suggest herbs to support your digestion or hormones, but they’re optional and not included in the program price. Most of the shifts we’ll make use what you already have in your kitchen and daily routine.

Will I have access to Sona throughout the 90 days?

Yes! You’ll get weekly check-ins and ongoing chat support via Telegram or WhatsApp.

Can this be customised to my dietary requirements?
