I am a certified Ayurvedic Practitioner and Women’s Gut Health & Menopause Coach.

I specialise in helping women in perimenopause and menopause who are struggling with fatigue, gut issues, and brain fog. I know how frustrating it feels to do “all the right things,” to eat well, try to sleep more, even cut back on coffee, and still wake up exhausted.

Through my own journey and through working with many women, I have learned that fatigue in menopause is not just about sleep. It is about how well your gut is working, how your hormones are shifting, and how much internal load your body is carrying. When those are supported, real energy starts to return.
